After sales service terms  
1. The warranty parts of the whole machine are free for one year, and the lifetime material cost price warranty. If minor problems can be handled through telephone communication, Party A shall be responsible for handling them. If they cannot be solved through telephone, video, etc., Party B shall repair them on site. In case of quality problems of warranty accessories during the warranty period, Party A shall send them to Party B, and Party B shall repair or replace them free of charge. The transportation expenses incurred during the period shall be borne by both parties, that is, the one who delivers the goods shall bear the transportation expenses.  
2. Party B must train Party A's users, including installation guidance, commissioning, operation and basic maintenance of products.  
3. Accessories and conditions not covered by warranty:  
3.1 lighting and indicator lights, fuses, gaskets, pipes, sealing materials and other parts that are easy to be replaced due to consumption;  
3.2 faults caused by unreasonable operation or installation; Abuse or misuse; Problems caused by unauthorized product changes; Damage to accessories caused by abnormal use.  
3.3 all glass parts on the machine and protective glass outside the advertising screen (the quality problem of the advertising screen is under normal warranty, but the man-made damage of the glass outside the screen is not within the scope of warranty.)  
The details shall be subject to the provisions of the sales contract.
